Una Festa del Tartufo Bianco
On Thursday 24th November SORBUS Partners hosted a White Truffle Celebration dinner.
Through our connections with Michelin starred chefs in the Alba region of Italy, famed for its white truffles, we were able to secure a supply of the most esteemed Piedmontese white truffles that have been described as ‘the diamond of the kitchen’. Accompanying the dishes were a selection of regional wines including the famous Barolo. The meal was prepared by top UK chef Paul Gilmore and staged in the Gallery of the Ikon gallery.
We flew to Italy and hand carried the precious cargo back to the UK to ensure the full quality was retained. Thank you to all that attended, it was great to see you and share what was a wonderful evening.
