Having worked in both the automotive industry and construction aftermarkets for over 30 years Chris has a wealth of experience in leading large multinational companies in delivering strategic growth.
At JCB, as their world-wide aftermarket Operations Director, he headed multiple teams including Purchasing, Inventory, Transport, Quality and Health & Safety. Responsibility also included warehouse global distribution, where he was able to deploy a strategy to increase the size of its customer distribution support to 19 operations in countries including North America, Middle East, Singapore, India, Brazil and Europe. This resulted in enhanced customer service supporting customers in their own working time zones with a next day delivery service.
